Time Animation and Legend

Hi,

I setup a time animation with the legend. The legend doesn't honor the Time Slider Option/Time Window Option. There are three options: 1) Display data for the entire time window, 2) Exclude data at the start of the time window, and 3) Exclude data at the end of the time window. Neither of these are used by the Legend.

For example, when a month is the specified time window and there is a row of data that has a July 1, 2013 date, the legend will include it in the June 1, 2013 to July 1, 2013 window and the July 1, 2013 to August 1, 2013 window.

One workaround is to setup a dummy date that is the mid-month. Or if using weekly data to set up a dummy mid week date. However, I'm using a time the Option where there is a start and end time because the animated weeks are from Wed to Thurs. So how could I set up a dummy mid week and start the week on a Wed? Is there something I can change or any workarounds?
