My first challenge was my ArcGIS Explorer is not saving my proxy settings. But I can log in using my ArcGIS Online account and it's using ESRI's Basemap even though I can't see any others.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>We don't have any ArcGIS Online data, I want to run this locally. Because I can't get past the proxy settings apparently, when I try to use the Search Window for my data I get an Error reading "The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required".</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Anybody have any advice? I have full local admin privileges and typically don't have any issues.
