How to adjust layer name listed in the Edit Feature widget ExB?

I would like to adjust my layer name in Edit Feature widget in Experience Builder. Although I have adjusted the layer name in the web map level and feature layer level, the Edit Feature widget still pick the original name. Anyone have a workaround for this issue?

Layer name in Map Viewer: Kansen_knelpunten_maatregelen_Punt and Kansen_knelpunten_maatregelen_Vlak

I was having the same issue and found this frustratingly simple solution--

You have to go to your underlying map in Field Maps Designer to edit the form used when adding a new point. Choose the layer you want to adjust, and switch to the Template tab. From there, you should be able to choose the display name, which changes how the layer name is displayed in the edit widget.
