Whether ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition Supports Runtime Locale Change

We are evaluate the feasibility to use Experience Builder Developer Edition to conduct a new project. Among the requirements, the first obstacle we face is to switch language between English and Chinese in the runtime without refreshing the page.

I tried applying a Transplate widget below. It did help us setting up labels in different languages, but it is based on the page locale and cannot be updated without refresh.

I also tried using "esri/intl" to switch the map locale in a customized widget, but not all map widgets will follow this pattern and the labels mentioned above cannot be updated neither.

So, is there any way to achieve that? Or maybe this is impossible? Thank you.
