Can I transfer an App Experience Builder App from Organizational account to my personal account?

Hello Esri Community,

Can I transfer my App Experience Builder App from my organization account to my personal account (in different organization) ? It cannot be transfer through ArcGIS online assistants.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
