AGOL EB Slow On Some Computers

I am working on bringing my county's Web AppBuilder site to Experience Builder using ArcGIS Online. We have noticed a loading speed issue on two of the twenty computers we tested it on. We used Google Chrome on all of them and nothing else was open. I am assuming there is a RAM issue, but they are using 4GB. Is there a system/Chrome requirement to view the site with reasonable loading speed?

Are all computers using the same version of Chrome?

Yes, we are all using Version 117.

I think I've seen a community post saying 'use hardware acceleration' helps.

We have that on by default.
