Here is a comprehensive tutorial for absolute beginners on ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition 1.12.

This app is mobile friendly. It collapses gracefully to fit a Tablet or Smartphone in portrait and landscape mode.

No programming is necessary. The two custom widgets for Google Earth and Pictometry come preconfigured.

The first 3 parts of this Tutorial can be done using the ArcGIS Online Edition of EXB.

An excellent tutorial for learning how to configure widgets which can be a confusing process at times. However, if you are looking for information about building custom widgets, it is not covered in this guide.

For a good start on building custom widgets, I recommend the video series by GISman Lee on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQAqoasLkgY

Rudy Prosser from ESRI was kind enough to share the slides and code from the 2-day Experience Builder for Developers Presummit Workshop from March 5-6, 2023.
