Include @esri/calcite-components as a default dependency for ExB

Hi,

I like the https://github.com/Esri/calcite-components project as it includes a rich set of components to build the UI/UX from.

Its possible to integrated the @esri/calcite-components into the ExB, however it requires to modify the ExB's webpack config to include the @stencil/webpack plugin.

I am wondering if the ExB core team have some plans in this direction.

Hi Matej,

This will not work with our theming system and we do not have any plans at this time to go that direction.
