Place items in relation to one another

Hello,

I am building an Experience Builder app. In the header, I have a title and a widget controller, which contains one widget. The title text and widget controller are inside a fixed panel. I want to set up the fixed panel such that the widget controller is always placed right after the title text end. Currently, I have the title text width set to Auto so that it will display the full title regardless of screen resolution. Now, not knowing exactly how wide the title will be depending on different screen resolutions makes it difficult to set the location of the widget controller. Is it possible to set the properties of the widgets/items so that one responds to the positioning of the other? Screenshots below reflect the same configuration at two different resolutions.
