How can you change popup?

I want to change the popup to two pages, and I want to add pictures instead of text for some columns as in the example below:

popup

stationName: Riyadh

Health: (show picture)

Record by: Mohammed

I know I need to use Experience Builder for developer, but I don't know how I don't.

Actually, this is a problem which can be solved without the developer edition. If you configure your popup in the webmap, Experience Builder will use it.

Note that this only works if your widgets are connected to a map-sourced layer. If EB connects to the layer directly, it will use the layer's default visualization settings. But either way, you can configure the popup somewhere else in your Portal and EB will pick up that popup configuration.
