In ArcGIS Online's Attribute Table the Selected count is shown here. Or do you mean something else ?

they asked about experience builder, not map viewer classic...

Currently Experience Builder does not provide an option to show count of selected records in Table widget. However I think this is somehow valid - could be a good way to enhance. Feel free to raise an idea in the Ideas channel or go through Esri Support. We can help evaluate the enhancement possibility based on the general feedback along the way, thanks!

Hi @JoseSanchez I've seen another similar post from @SanchezNuñez - just to make sure to let you know that this feature has been implemented in the October 2023 release. Please let me know if anything comes up, thanks!
