there’s a conflict between widget controller et windows with 'set as splash'

the widget controller has the ability to open a widget when loading a page.
In addition, a page can be configured to start a window when it loads (Set as splash).
If both are configured to react with the application load, it is logical that both the widget and the window open immediately when loading my application.
in my project I need the window to appear first and then the widget.
Does anyone have any idea how to make this happen?

Unfortunately, this is not achievable - these two things currently are separate yet individual events.

There is a similar Esri Support issue (BUG-000146312) about the same issue, but we cannot say whether or when this will be enhanced.
