Can you use Text Widget to display statistics of Query Widget result?

Hello,

I have a Filter widget, a map and a Text Widget on an Experience Builder page. I can use a Filter widget to filter the map data and display the statics of the filter result on a Text Widget using dynamic text.

But, on another Experience Builder page, I have a Query widget, a map and a Text Widget.. I want to use the Query Widget (Attribute Query and Spatial Query) to select some data, and display the statictics (for example, Count or Sum) on a Text Widget using dynamic Text. I can't figure out how to make this work. Is it possible to do it?

If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know.

You can link the table widget to the query result and then link the text widget to the table for a sum result. It's a bit clunky and minimal options for style of the text window. It's a work-around solution for now until they can hopefully add the statistics option back as a default for both the filter and query tools.

@WC48 , thank you so much for your quick response. That workaround did the trick!

The only thing is when nothing is selected, the table displays nothing, which does not look good. I may have to hide it.

Awesome! So glad you got it. Agreed. We added some text in the window, and dressed up the box, so that at least it has a visual indicator that something is going to happen there 🙂
