Set list items to open specific windows

Hello,

I have a series of parks that are used in a list widget. A user has requested that when clicking on the park in the list widget, a window appears that allows map viewers to scroll through a series of photos of that park. So ideally I would have a separate window for each park so that I can customize the photos to be park-specific. Below is an example of the setup, where there's a link added to the list items that "should" link to the Fixed Window.

And for context here is what the Fixed Window would look like:

So...is this possible, where I can insert a link in the list that only goes to a window specific to the list entries (as opposed to all the list links linking to the same window)?
