Date format get changed after deployment

Hi there,

I'm experiencing some issues when I deploy my experience builder app.

The date format for the popup and the table get changes to US after I deploy the app.

In the preview and in the undeployed version (localhost:3001/...) the date shows as configured in Portal. However, as soon as I deploy the app on a web server OR on my local machine (localhost/...), the date format is US...

Version of enterprise is 10.9.1.

What are your machine / browser's locale settings?

@jcarlson:, I use the windows recommended time setting, which is NZ.

I have testet this in EXB 1.9 and in EXB 1.10

Any thoughts?

Update:

I also tried using data and web map hosted on AGOL. resulting in the problem: The deployed app (either on localhost or on a webserver) as the US date format (MM/DD/YYYY). For the pop-up and the table....

So to summarize:

Date format in Portal and in AGOL are set to GB (DD/MM/YYYY)
The app shows the correct date format (GB) when:
   > in live view
   > in draft (https://localhost:3001/experience/1/?draft=true)
   > running on 3001 (https://localhost:3001/experience/1)
The app does not show the correct date format when:
> deployed on any web server
> deployed on localhost (https://localhost/app)

Tested on AGOL, 10.9.1 resp. on EXB 1.9 and 1.10
