How to access ArcGIS Experience builder developer outside of server

Hi there

I installed the ArcGIS Experience builder in a windows server and working fine once I'm accessing it within windows by https://localhost:3001

What I'm trying to achieved is access to this Nodejs server within the local network or over internet like

https://{windows server IP/domain}:3001 but I came across below issue

Notes:

- I tried reverse proxy in IIS and it wasn't successful even in local host

- I've installed the web app builder same way and it's working fine even outside of the local network

- All port 3001 for experience builder inbound and outbound is open
