Deploy Experience to a Different Portal

I have developed an ArcGIS Experience Builder App using the SDK and it contains a lot of custom code, including a custom widget. I now need to deploy the app to another organization's AGOL or Portal. I have not been able to find the steps for this online.

The EB is already published and downloaded, and I understand there will be a need to re-create the web maps and hosted feature layers used by the app, but how do I reconfigure the app to consume the new data sources? I already looked in web.config and config.json. Is there a way for me to get to the 'build' screen for the published EB so I can use the setup UI there to make those changes?

I already tried https://experience.arcgis.com/ but there does not seem to be an 'import' function.
