topic Edit Widget Form Title Not Populating in ArcGIS Experience Builder Questions

I am using Experience Builder in AGOL. I have a form created in Field Maps that is used in the Edit widget, but the title of the form is not populating in Experience Builder. I have the form title set to be the address field of my data. It displays correctly in the Field Maps mobile app, but not the Experience Builder Edit Widget. Any thoughts on why that could be happening?
