Map Widget Selection vs Pop-up

Hi there,

I am having an issue with the map widget on the Experience Builder. I have pop-ups associated with the two visible layers in my map. When the user clicks on the map to view these pop-ups, the click action defaults to a selection. I do not want to select the polygon without the user turning on the selection tools. This selection results in data filtering used in other widget, and I do not want this to happen. Nor do I think this was happening previously.

How can I click on the map to view the pop-up without it selecting the polygon?

Shouldn't this function be default if the selection tools is turned on for the map widget?

--> The map selection still occurs when using a data view, so this did not work.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
