I downloaded AST_08 (Level 2 data) and MOD11A2 images in HDF format and converted it into GeoTIFF format using ERDAS 2013. I projected both the images and shape file of my study area into same projection (WGS84 UTM ZONE 29N). The MODIS image and the shape files are overlapping as expected, but the ASTER image doesn't. What can be the problem ?
