Improvements Req: Adjust transparency on layers in a group, and label-toggling

I recently migrated my application from Web AppBuilder to Experience Builder. Two features I found missing which I hope will be intro'd soon by the EB team:

* In the case where you have multiple feature layers in a group, the ability to adjust the transparency of just one layer in said group. Unfortunately, to change the transparency you do it at the group level, which means you end up changing the transparency for all layers in said group simultaneously.

* Ability to toggle labeling of features in a layer. In my WAB app, if the features of a layer were labeled, I could turn the labeling off if I wanted to. Such a toggling of labeling is not available for a layer in EB.
