I would like to cross reference a third layer in the map to check if a perimeter has been uploaded for those incidents (this layer also has an incident number field), so I can dynamically style those list items to alert personnel visually where perimeters have not yet been collected.</P><P>It doesn't appear that FeatureSetByName, FeatureSetByPortalItem, or $dataSource are available in the Arcade Editor in dynamic style??
