Printing Widget not working in experience builder

Good Afternoon

I have installed ArcGIS enterprise standard 12.1 and want to do printing facility on the dashboard developed in experience builder. I used geodatabase of projection in international feet

"WGS_1984_UTM_Zone_43N_Foot_INT", even after the setting the project into WGS1984 but no avail.

When I fixed the printing widget in experience builder and perform the task, received the following error;

I checked the ArcGIS Server Manager tools, it is working. the log detail is given as;

but if all layers off then printing widgets working.

please guide what is the actual issue

Try turning your layers back on one by one and running a test print after each. As soon as it throws that error again, you will know exactly which layer is breaking the schema.

Once you find the broken layer, check if its coordinate system matches your map or if it needs to be re-published with standard projection parameters.

Causes of error might be Spatial Reference Mismatch, Unsupported Layer Types / Token Issues or Complex Feature Geometry

Hi Nizam, try this it worked for me. I was getting the same error for Experience Builder Print Widget failing and not printing a map pdf.

"Assign a Spatial Reference: Under the widget's Template common settings, expand Output spatial reference and explicitly set the WKID to 102100 (Web Mercator) or align it directly with your basemap projection."

I found that even though 102100 appears as a grayed-out default, I manually typed the same numbers over it. New text is now white. After that, my Print Widget is working fine for all screen versions of Experience Builder app.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I am new one on the ArcGIS Server and I tried with different projections of layers and with different users but no avail. But the printing Widget is working when no layer is on and any data addition via add data widget.

I think some thing like permission point of view is denying the service. Any published layer (have any projection) is not showing via printing widget.

To prove exactly which layer or permission is broken, try this

Open your map inside the portal or Experience Builder.
Turn ON only one single layer at a time.
Run the print widget test.
Note if standard hosted feature layers print successfully while registered Enterprise Geodatabase layers crash

Hey Nizam

Permissions are a good thing to check! While you as a user are signed in and can see the content within your Experience, the Print widget when deployed on ArcGIS Server/Enterprise will need to authentificate against the layers using the underlaying service account, running the ArcGIS Server service.

I would ensure that this account has read/write permissions to any directories hosting the data, as well as ensuring it has access to the wider internet, if the service is being accessed externally.

Please advise step by step to check the read/write permission.

actually, there is no restriction on any layer and data can be seen in expereince builder but not working the printing widget.

the log error is given as;

Base map prints successfully
Layers added at runtime using the Add Data widget print successfully.
Any published Map Image Layer or Feature Layer in the web map causes

This indicates that the Print service is failing while processing one of the operational layers.

Please guide
