Map widget search bar not working in Experience Builder

@TonghuiMing We noticed today that the search bar in the map widget is no longer working in our EB apps in AGO most likely after the update. The search bar works in map viewer, but not when used in the EB Map Widget. See screen shots and more detailed notes below. We are using services published to Enterprise Portal (11.3) and added to AGO for use in maps/EB.

Search criteria set up in map

Map viewer - search works in map viewer

EB App - You are unable to type anything and there is no drop down

Search is turned on in the map widget

Works for me just fine. Did you clear cache? Try in incognito mode? Different browsers? All computers are like this?
