I get it sized for desktop but then it just becomes shrunk again for smaller windows/mobile/tablet. Then I make it big again and it's tiny. I've done Lists before and the settings are identical to other Lists and they are not acting like this. This is a new ExB in ArcGIS Online that I just started today. I don't want to do custom for each layout at least just yet.
