topic muted symbology in ArcGIS Experience Builder Questions

I am working on a multi-page project in experience builder. Each page has its own web map with a bright read symbology. I just noticed that on two of the pages, the symbology has become dark and muted. It also looks like this when I open the web map. When I go to styles however, to fix the symbology, it shows in the original bright red color. I have checked the transparency and refreshed everything I can of and cleared the cache. No sure how to fix this.

any blending?

You can also set transparency on the layer and on the symbology, so it's fine on both?

I think so. Transparency is 0% in both placing and blending says normal.
