search tool affecting mobile screens

Hi all,

After the recent update, I noticed an issue with the search tool affecting mobile screens. When clicking on the search bar and typing an address, the entire mobile window is resized — the header disappears, the search bar zooms in, and I’m unable to cancel out. After reloading the page, the window layout remains affected.

I’ve observed this behavior across two different maps.
Is there something I might be missing, or is this a known issue?

You can use finger gesture to zoom in/out the page when your fingers are in the area of the search widget.

I am having the same issue and it's really frustrating. I understand that you can zoom in/out when your fingers are on the search bar after this happens, but users won't know about this - and this resizing shouldn't be happening, anyway.

I'm surprised to not see anything other discussions or solutions about this...

Hi @Ke_Xu did you test it out an android device or an apple device?
