That's what I'm talking about! But applied to the Menu widget, not the Button widget. Our Web Experiences use the Menu widget to display the pages at the top (they appear as bubbles) so we'd like there to be that type of tooltip for when a user hovers over the name of a page.

We’d like functionality where text displays when a user hovers over a page in the menu providing a short description of the page purpose. I don’t see a way to do this with an information button or tooltip, but am I missing it? We believe this would enhance accessibility for our users.
