I have configured Experience Builder Developer version 1.17 and while starting the node.js server on localhost:3001 it is asking for the location of portal and AppID/ClientID. I have three portals - one is ArcGIS Online, second is ArcGIS Enterprise v 11 and third is ArcGIS Enterprise v 10.9.1. I have created an application under new item on each portal and registered it to get the AppID/ClientID. Everything works fine when I launch the https://localhost:3001/ and use the portal and AppID from AGOL or ArcGIS Enterprise v 11, but when I use the portal and AppID for ArcGIS Enterprise v 10.9.1, it shows me the screen (Request for Permission)

where i see the correct application listed. When I click Allow, it gives me the following error

The specified URL cannot be found.
I looked at console logs

I tried to search the answers on AI tools (ChatGPT) and also compared it will other ArcGIS Enterprise deployments, but I am not able to resolve it yet.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Qazi Iqbal

Did you set up your Developer Credentials on both Enterprise portals?

https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/install-guide/#1-create-a-client-id

I'm not certain that a single installation of Experience Builder can connect to multiple Enterprise environments. You can have multiple Experience Builder installations on your computer, so you may need to install a second copy for working with your other Enterprise.

You do not connect to multiple environments at the same time, but you can configure to one at a time. When you type npm start on command window, it opens the browser and there you can choose which environment to connect.

Like I mentioned I have Developer credentials set on three environments, two of them work fine (AGOL and ArcGIS Enterprise V 11), ArcGIS Enterprise V 10.9.1 is giving me this issue.
