Dynamic Content: Statistics not working

Hi everyone,

I am building a dashboard in Experience Builder and it appears none of my dynamic content Statistics are working correctly. I just added an attribute with dynamic content and that seems to be working just fine. Is anyone else experiencing this? It's interesting because when I refresh the preview page it will show the statistics for a blip but then once it fully loads it just makes that number "0". Additionally, in the preview page it'll show the dynamic text in the textbox instead of the actual statistic. For example, if the stat is suppose to read "0" it will display, "countSCNOAA".

I wonder if this has to do with the ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard statuses for Hosted Feature layers? It shows "performance issues" so perhaps that's the issue?
