Layers and Legend button broke on Experience Builder

The default built in Layers and Legend under tools in Experience Builder for the web map is non functional and just displays blank results.

This has happened across all our EB apps with the same result as of this morning. Replacing the map does not fix it or changing the source. The custom Layers and Legend Widget works as intended.

Anyone else experiencing this or just us?

Yes I was having issues with this map tool as well. Also the basemaps map tool would not load any of our basemaps, in configuration, preview and published modes.

The issues do seem to have resolved this morning, albeit response times remain slow., i.e. layers and basemaps slow to populate....
