How to select by Municipality or Commission District

Good morning,

I’m working with three layers: Projects, Municipalities, and Commission Districts.

In an Experience Builder (EB) application, I’m looking for a way to select a line layer (Projects) by Phase — Planning, Design, Construction, and Close Out — and then apply an additional filter by Municipality or Commission District.

I was considering using a Filter widget to select projects by phase. However, I’m unsure how to further filter the already selected features by Municipality or Commission District.

Do you have any suggestions or best practices for implementing this kind of multi-layer filtering?
