Hi Laor,

Did you open your file in Excel?

I tried to open your file and other csv files with Hebrew values in NotePad, and they look good:

Can you try to open your file in Notepad and see if this issue still exists?

For the Excel issue, I think you need to add Hebrew to Excel display language, please refer to the link.

Regards,

Shengdi

Hi, when exporting to csv the text of Hebrew values, appeared jibberish. Probably the utf encoding is not working properly. Please find attached an example.

We would like to know if there is a workaround procedure or if it is going to be addressed in a future release.

Best

Laor

Dear Shengdi,
Thank you very much for your prompt response.
We are familiar with the possibility to open the CSV files through
NotePad, to display Hebrew properly, and even save it in the right
encoding. However we have many users that need to export data and use it in
excel very often, so we are looking for a more direct and fast workflow in
order to open the data directly in excel. The Excel in our computer is set
up with Hebrew and displays Hebrew in files from various origins very well.
We would appreciate your suggestion with setting the excel options so that
the Hebrew of the exported CSV files will be displayed properly when files
are directly opened. Please find attached a screenshot of the language
excel options.
Thanks again for your help
Laor
