Splash screen not showing

I am trying to create a splash screen for the first time in experience builder, it looks fine in the 'edit' mode but in preview it simply does not appear. Am I missing something?

Have you followed the steps mentioned here Add windows ?

Does the issue also show up in your final application?

I think i was missing the 'Set as Splash' mini button, i started from scratch and seems to work this time.

I thought that checking the 'Always Show this Window' would do it. So weird to find that hidden Set as Splash mini button.
