Renaming the object list in a Relationship Table

Hi team,

I currently have an Experience set up with a map, with a hosted points feature layer. This feature layer has a one to many relationship with a table, and then that table has a one to many relationship to a second table, all hosted on the map.

My question is after I select a point and create a new record the list of related objects under the selected points has them listed in a illegible manner. I would like to know of a way I could change this, or rename those objects as they appear in the selected point object.

Sorry, I cannot provide screen shots. but when i click on a point, the list of related objects appears like the following:

Relationships : Table_Name_1

Table_Name_2 - Table_Name_1
