Hello @DJB ,

Thanks for you feedback! It is a known limitation as the component upgrading.
Can you try this workaround:
1. Enable Select tools on Chart widget
2. Add another copy of the datasource which used in Chart widgets, to the builder again
3. Reconfig the Charts with the Copy of the data again
4. Keep other widgets use the Original data
4. Config the same Filter message action from chart.
- Trigger data: Chart output
- Action data: the original data
5. Save and publish the app
6. When select the slice on charts, the chart itself will not be filtered now, but other widgets using the original data will be filtered
7. Click the "Clear selection" tool on the Chart to clear the filter

Please try if this workaround work for you. We appreciate your time.
Please let us know.

Thanks,
Wei

I have just discovered that my pie charts are not working properly in Experience Builder. Before I could click on a pie chart wedge and it would filter both the map as well as other various charts.

Before wedge selection

After wedge selection

But when I click on the selected wedge to bring back the other wedges it is permanently stuck on that selection. The only way to bring it back is to refresh the browser / Experience.

Bar graphs work just fine. This behavior seems to only be happening with pie charts.

If you would like to try it yourself please do so.

Ontario Topsoil Report Dashboard

This is very frustrating because it was working and now it's not. I have not touched any properties or customizations since it was originally released.

Please help Esri.

~DJB
