      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone have to constantly clear your browser cache so that ExB apps display in both the builder and during runtime?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Specifically, I am seeing React errors in both Builder and when the app is running.&amp;nbsp; I don't have an example screenshot of Builder error(s) but here is one at runtime.&amp;nbsp; (apologies, it was sent from to me from a user who doesn't know how to use print screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="AndrewBowne_0-1752682185671.jpeg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/136602iC44A52515A6E6F97/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="AndrewBowne_0-1752682185671.jpeg" alt="AndrewBowne_0-1752682185671.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens in Chrome, FF and Edge and didn't happen until I upgraded to 11.5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup, did that.&amp;nbsp; I also went into dev tools--&amp;gt;application and cleared out all storage.&amp;nbsp; It still happens randomly.&amp;nbsp; Next time it happens (because it will happen), I will grab a screenshot and post it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to say it's isolated but I have had several reports of this behavior.&amp;nbsp; Clearing the cache works, but it seems to only be temporary.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having this issue specifically with services shared publicly. Specifically, I keep getting the prompt to enter credentials for our Enterprise Portal to access resources that have been shared with the public. It's not a huge deal for me to clear my browser cache to make the problem go away, but the average resident-map-user would not think to do this, and shouldn't have to. I just applied the Applications patch, so we'll see if the issue crops again - did anyone else experience something similar that was solved by applying the patch or through some other fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah I mean we're only working in the Online builder so we're obviously not compiling from the dev edition and hosting on our web server.&amp;nbsp; If I hear anything I'll post back as well.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But I'm seeing all kinds of problems all over the community spaces since the October update and the Living Atlas 2025.2 content update for Enterprise.&amp;nbsp; Last time I saw anything like this was with 11.3 Enterprise not updating properly - that turned out to be a culture / local issue - e.g. 'en-US'&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So it turns out that the access prompt is a new feature in Chrome:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://developer.chrome.com/blog/local-network-access" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://developer.chrome.com/blog/local-network-access&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because our Online webmaps that populate our instant apps and experiences are consuming layers from our Hosted Enterprise Site by-reference collaboration, the calls to the layers in said webmaps are causing Chrome to throw up the Access Prompt that I show in my earlier screen grab.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the on-network user clicks 'no', the apps still work but throw CORS errors in the console.&amp;nbsp; If the on-network user clicks 'Allow', no errors....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who knew?&amp;nbsp; Not great but what can you do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/80456"&gt;@ZachBodenner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
