Experience Builder Edit App Data Not Syncing

I have a 123survey input I use in a web map that's been added as a widget in experience builder. I then add the edit app and connect the Map widget under layer configuration I select the 123 Survey input and have all the capabilities turned on.

Problem.

I then updated rows to reflect changes in a field in ArcGIS Pro. I added the feature layer (hosted) turned on edits made the changes and saved. I check the feature layer on the portal and the web map I made out of it and the table is saved with the changes.

When I go into the experience builder edit app. I want to make updates in the field but the old values I changed are still present.

For examples I have a bunch of rows under a field labeled black. I changed it to red in ArcGIS Pro saved it. I go to the edit app and the drop down still shows black and not the red updates.

Any ideas on how to get the edit app to sync my changes I made in ArcGIS Pro?
