These were working prior to the upgrade. They are not secured services, we've confirmed in the settings they are all enabled to allow Export, and I confirmed successful export from the service in ArcGIS Pro.</P><P>ArcGIS Online hosted layers still export just fine.</P><P>Our services are still version 10.9.1. I have a ticket open with Esri support but trying to find a path forward for our org as quickly as possible.
