BAO reports in Experiece builder show blank results

I have set up BAO widgets to run infographics for different countries, that include reports using 100% ESRI sources and infographics including a mix of my own datasets. when testing in live mode, they seem to work ok.

When trying to use them in the published version, the reports containing a mix of data sources don't show results on any field, while the 100% esri data work as expected.

These same infographics are currently being used in weebapp builder without any issue.

Have you ever faced this, any advice is welcome!

When you open up the page in a browser, if you hit F12 to open dev tools, and then click on Console does it give you any 'error' messages?

oddly no, but I realised that there was the GeoEnrichment option with the utility selected. Once that was removed, all worked normally. thanks so much for helping me with this query Tim!
