Pop-up window configuration

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me with pop-up configuration? The issue is that the default width of the pop-up window is too narrow, and my main field doesn’t fit properly. As a result, the text is displayed vertically (please see the attachment). I couldn’t find any settings to adjust the field width in the pop-up. Thank you!

Does it look the same in map viewer? Are you using the settings from your map?

Hi Laura,

Sorry for the delay in my response. I previously used the standard approach (using web preferences as default). It always worked properly in Portal 10.6. However, in version 11.2, it functions differently. I resolved this issue by using the pop-up settings in Map Viewer (not the classic Map Viewer). I added each field one by one, which generally gave me the desired result. When I used the "add all fields at once" option, I got an incorrect pop-up window.
