Map Doesn't Function with Sidebar Atop

Hi there,

I have an Experience Builder application that I am building in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2. It has a map with data, and a sidebar that acts as advanced filters on the left hand side; the sidebar is collapsible. I'm noticing in testing that I'm unable to interact with the map where the sidebar overlaps. This is making it so I cannot zoom in out on that half of the map, or use any of the configurable tools (search, layers, and basemaps).

Is there a way to fix this so the map is not useless on that half, but I'm still able to have the sidebar be collapsible?
