Have the Select widget allow for <A href="https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/latest/configure-widgets/select-widget.htm#:~:text=set%20of%20features.-,Attribute%20selection,-%E2%80%94Attribute%20selection%20involves" target="_self">attribute selection</A>, then have the Near Me widget analyze based on the <A href="http://Select%20layer—Select a feature layer to be analyzed. You can choose to use all features, selected features, or a data view." target="_self">selected records</A> (instead of the default data view).
