Discrepancy between "Credits" displayed in webmap before and after printing

Hi,

We provided the metadata (credit) for “Map” in ArcGIS Pro and we have a feature + map service published from ArcGIS Pro to Portal.

When publishing the Map service to Portal, the credit information is displayed at two places: 1. Credit (Item Detail's Page) 2. Copyright text (REST).

We have print service published to portal and we are using this print service in ArcGIS ExB.

There is discrepancy between credits displayed before printing and after printing.
Before printing the web map, the web map in Map Viewer of ArcGIS Portal or web map in ExB Map widget displays credits from “Credit” section of Item Details page.
After printing, it doesn’t print credit, it prints copyrightText from Rest Endpoint.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

Any help on this will be appreciated.

I reported the issue to ESRI, and they have logged a bug:

Synopsis: When printing the map from Map viewer, the copyright text is printed instead of credit (attribution) of the feature/map service.
