Since upgrading from 1.7, I see a lot of flashing icons (especially in my custom widgets). Here's an example. When the widget starts rendering icons, at first it looks like the following:</P><P><span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="loading.png" style="width: 229px;"><img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/125880iB16CED083D3E28BF/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;px=999" role="button" title="loading.png" alt="loading.png" /></span></P><P>After a while I see icons rendered correctly:</P><P><span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="ready.png" style="width: 234px;"><img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/125881i256A1B799CC9E54C/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;px=999" role="button" title="ready.png" alt="ready.png" /></span></P><P>Unfortunately, this behavior drastically affects the user interface of our widgets (especially the more dynamic ones). I presume this is related to some sort of loading state, such as lazy loading.
