topic create sub-sections within sections in ArcGIS Experience Builder Questions

I intend to create sub-sections within sections. That is, I want to have three tabs – Soils, Copernicus, and Bioclimatology (which would be the main sections). Then, within the Copernicus section, I want to have sub-sections such as Thermal Index, Coarse Fragments, and Soil Erosion (among others). When clicking on a sub-section, for example, the Thermal Index, the corresponding map should appear.

I can display the Thermal Index and its map, but I am unable to place the Thermal Index within the Copernicus section. How can I solve this issue?

I would like something similar to the following website:

https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/22c7182a162d45788dd52a2362f8ed65/

Could you provide guidance on how to fix this?

Take a look at this post for a demo and some explanation on the design.
