Spatial selection in Select Widget using a Buffer made using Analysis Widget

In my Experience app, I'd like to set up the analysis widget to allow the user to draw a line to buffer around and then use the Select widget to then select features on the map using that newly created buffer.

The issue I am running into is that as far as I can tell you can only select using preexisting features that were already on the map that are specified when customizing the select widget, so since that buffer doesn't even exist yet, you cannot select by it even though it will be on the Experience after using the Analysis Widget.

Below shows the buffer I created in the Experience using the analysis widget, however I cannot use that new buffer layer that has been added to do a spatial selection.

Below is looking at the customization of the select tool and it shows that you have to choose specific data sources within Experience builder for spatial selection.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

@NolanNiedermeyer Thanks for your feedback.
I think currently it is a limitation in Select widget as it only support predefined layer for spatial selection, but not runtime newly added layers
