Limiting Editing to Attributes and Attachments

I would like to set up experience builder to behave similar to the Smart Edit function in app builder. Users really only need to edit attributes and to have the ability to add and delete attachments. The old Smart Editor would allow users to edit geometry but only if they specifically selected that in the Smart Edit window. If I limit editing to attributes, users can't add/delete attachments. Basically, I want to prevent unintended geometry edits. I don't want to lock down editing of the layer geometry because the same layer does need to be editable in other maps and apps.

I have an Experience Builder app that only allows attribute updates and it allows users to add or remove attachments. We are running ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4. I have editing restricted to attributes only at the hosted feature view layer level. When I was setting up the Editor widget it was automatically configured to for attribute editing and geometry editing was greyed out.

It may be the version of Experience Builder you are using or where the editing restrictions are configured.

@StephenEJohnson Have you tried to turn off geometry updates in the Edit widget settings for the layer in your map? This should still allow you to edit attributes and attachments.
