Creating an output data source that can be used by Map Widget

I am working on a custom widget and I want to be able to create an output data source that is compatible with Map Widget. I have successfully created an output data source but it does not show up as an option in Map Widget.

When navigating to the settings panel for Table and Chart widgets, I am able to see my output data source and select it. But when selecting Map Widget -> Select Map -> Select data I do not see the output data source in this menu.

Does anyone know how to get the output data source to show up in the Map Widget's Settings Panel?

Hi @JustinWade,

In the Map widget, you can only add Web Maps or Web Scenes. To display output data sources such as the results of a Query on the Map, you can utilize the "show on map" data action.
