Paste text into Expression Builder edit box

Hi Community,

Is there a way to paste text into the Expression Builder edit box? For the life of me, I tried with so many ways, even changing browser to no avail.

I'm trying to create an expression to build a send email message. This expression is easily made in any mailto program, but pasting the generated content into the Expression Builder edit box is impossible. And writing down all the escape chars is really annoying. Is there a more quicker way to paste text here? is this a designed feature?

You're not wrong. There is no pasting allowed. Throw some support on this Idea.
